MyDCNet Partners With CustomInk

Wednesday, April 25th, 2007

By now you have probably noticed the addition of ad banners on MyDCNet.  We want to create a way pay for two things: the cost of hosting and upgrading the site.  We hope that through the addition of these ad banners, and through your help, we will be able to cover these costs.  Now for the good news:

The next time you or your organization needs something with logos, custom text or photos on it, check out our new partner, CustomInk.  Get a $15 discount if you use the code “mydcnet” while placing your bulk orders.

We chose CustomInk as our first partner for several reasons.  First, nearly every organization in the Washington, DC area puts on a marketing hat now and then.  CustomInk is an outstanding Northern, VA based vendor of marketing items.  They sell everything from custom Shirts and Hats to Pens and Stickers with logos on them.  Every organization, from the left and right of center political groups to small businesses can benefit from what they have to offer.

One thing that we really like about CustomInk is their innovative web site that allows you to custom design a T-Shirt or other item through their web site.  One of our team members recently designed a t-shirt for a friend’s birthday using CustomInk’s web site to upload a photo and arrange the text.  The result was neat and the item was received promptly by mail.
